3 Days NYC Super Panchakarma Detox​
(You will need 4 days to complete this Super Panchakarma Detox)



The 3 days NYC Super Panchakarma Detox program offers a comprehensive approach to stress relief and detoxification, with a focus on both the body and mind. Over the course of three days, participants will receive 3 days of customized treatments  aimed at reducing physical and mental stress. Each day includes 2:15 hours of body detox treatments and 1 hour of mind de-stressing therapies, providing a comprehensive reset for overall mind-body balance. Fourth day is the purgation day, which is the super important step of this 3 Days NYC Super Panchakarna Detox. On the fourth day, you stay at home; follow the instructions (as provided by the Practitioner) and just relax.

This program includes Panchakarma Consultation, 1 Private Pranayama and Meditation Session, Herbs during  Panchakarma, Khichari packages (uncooked), 3 days of customized Panchakarma mind-body therapies (3:15 hours each day), and a follow-up Consultation to ensure the lasting benefits, making it a valuable option for those seeking balance in a fast paced environment.

This package includes Mini Consultation (30 Min) + 3  Hrs Treatments & Herbal Steam

Mini Panchakarma is offered to get a sneak-peak into our 5-21 days Panchakarma services. You will start with a Mini Ayurvedic Consultation. During the treatments session, you get Abhyanga therapy ( Ayurvedic body oil treatment), Shila-abhyanga (ayurvedic hot stones treatment), Marma abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil treatment focused on vital energy points), Udvartana (herbal exfoliation), Shiro-Abhyanga (Head Massage),  Pada-Abhyanga (Foot Massage), Marma Energy Healing, Shirodhara (Warm oil stream on forehead), Karna purna (ear therapy), Nasya (nasal therapy), Steam sauna. Treatments are customized for each person after the mini consultation.

(Panchakarma Consultation is required for all the Panchakarma Packages)​​







$50 per day will be added to all Panchakarma packages that will require Navara-Kizhi treatment.

3-5 Days Ayurvedic Home Cleanse (Home Panchakarma)

You get an initial Panchakarma Consultation; Pranayam (Breathing exercise) instructions; ongoing support (via email/text messages/phone) as needed during all the days of the cleanse; post cleanse consultation.

Any products, like-  Herbs, teas, oils etc.. are not included (that may be recommended during the consultation).​ No therapies are included in the Ayurvedic Home Cleanse Panckage. 


Panchakarma Reservations & Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is due at the time when you schedule your Panchakarma appointment.

For the deposiot refund, notice of cancellation is required 5 days prior to the first day of your scheduled panchakarma session.

The balance 50% payment is due at the check out time of the first day of your panchakarma session.

No refunds will be made after the Panchakarma sessions have started.

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

We do not accept any health insurance or checks.

​FSA or HSA accounts can be used for any Ayurvedic body treatments or Panchakarma packages.


Gratuities​
15% gratuities will be  added to all 90 Min and up services.
