We work by appointment only. So please call in advance to get the appointment time of your choice and ease. You will also need to provide us your email, a contact phone number and your Credit card information when reserving your spot.
To better serve our clients, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments, scheduled Tues - Thurs, and 48 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments scheduled Fri - Mon or there is 100% charge per service.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be made on any treatments or consultations. Products can be returned or exchanged, only if not opened, within 7 days period after purchase.
Panchakarma Reservation & Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is due at the time when you schedule your Panchakarma treatment sessions.
The balance 50% payment is due at the check out time of the first day of your panchakarma session.
For the deposit refund, notice of cancellation is required 5 days prior to the first day of your scheduled panchakarma session.
No refunds will be made after the Panchakarma sessions have started.
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
We do not accept any health insurance or check payment.

FSA or HSA accounts can be used for any Ayurvedic body treatments or Panchakarma packages.
Any gift certificates, issued by us or any third party on our behalf, are not refundable or redeemable for cash and can not be applied towards any discounted services.
Gratuities
15% gratuities are added to all 90 Min and up services.
